Disease Manager
Configurable diseases with stat effects, transmission, immunity, cures and optional skin tint.
Configure diseases
Add definitions to Game.ini before starting the server. DiseaseSystemEnabled defaults to true when omitted; false disables infection, transmission and disease ticks. Restart after editing the file: repeating the spawn command reuses the existing manager.
Each disease has one effect: HEALTH_DRAIN, SPEED_REDUCTION, STAMINA_DRAIN, HUNGER_DRAIN or THIRST_DRAIN. Disease codes are case-insensitive; the first definition wins.

- Value is the drain per second, or the fraction of speed removed (0โ1). Interval is reserved: use 0. Duration must be positive; spread is a percentage from 0โ100. Magnitude and interval must be nonnegative.
- Vectors: A = airborne proximity, B = combat, W = drinking contaminated water, C = eating a corpse more than 120 seconds old. Omitted vectors default to A.
- BiomePOI uses exact native location display names. Separate multiple names with commas without a following space. Leave vectors empty for biome-only exposure.
- Optional tint uses normalized R,G,B values (0โ1); colours blend toward the tint and restore on cure or expiry.
Operate and recover
An authorized administrator can initialize the manager with /spawndiseasemanager and infect a player with /diseaseinfect <AGID> <Code> <Spread> <Duration>. Manager-spawn permission is deliberately restricted.
/diseaseconfig supports temporary runtime additions using the same definition parser. Put lasting definitions in Game.ini. Scan, cure, cure-all and immunity commands currently have no command-level permission requirement; consider that behavior when planning events.
